We just finished our second week of orientation here in Kenya and our highlight was learning about African worldview and values from African teachers. We have adjusted to living in dorms as a family and it has been a good transition for us into living a more African lifestyle. We will be here for one more week. We have lots more to learn!

Beautiful photos! Glad you all are adjusting well:)
Josiah looks like he’s about to fall into that bucket! LOL. Thanks for posting these photos. It’s wonderful to have some eyes into what you’re experiencing in Africa so far. Melvin and I miss you all dearly!

It is so good to see you arrived safely and see your smiles! I attended the Module 1 Tropical Medicine Course at WVU this summer and missed you guys! Hope you get settled in well and enjoy the work! I plan on finishing all four modules and hope to get more Tropical Medicine experience in the future. Will be interested in updates!
Wash your hands, don’t drink the water, don’t ride motorcycles, don’t swim in fresh water, always wear your shoes, and don’t run with scissors! But make sure you have fun!

Affectueusement
Israel, Genevieve et Raphael
